Back in the day, when I was obese, I would marvel at the superhumans around me who were able to perform physical feats mere humans could only dream about. Many of those feats required a basic skill I considered impossible for my short, round, mortal arms.
Enter, the handstand.
Oh, the handstand. How I love thee. And yet, we barely know each other. Lets fix that.
In the last year I'd like to say I've really gotten my "act" together. I've addressed major inadequacies in my mobility, drastically improved my trunk strength, and increased my vertical leap. All these goals achieved, yet I am no farther on my journey to a freestanding handstand.
No longer.
