What should i expect?
Monday-Friday
Every weekday you’ll receive in-app instructional videos related to the weekly topic and the theme of the day.
Once you finish watching the videos you will be able to check in to show that you completed the assigned exercises.
Each routine is designed to take no longer than 10-15 minutes and we’ll help you figure out how to make this a rock-solid habit.

Saturday-Sunday
Every weekend we’ll go over the week’s activities via our private Facebook live video chat and do a quick workout based on what you’ve learned that week.
In addition, you’ll be able to read an article that Sunday about the next week’s topic.
These are scheduled for the weekend because they require more time, but are where a lot of the magic happens. Try to attend live if you can, but we’ll also make it so you can watch the recording later.
