COMPLETE AT LEAST 6 TOTAL SESSIONS OF EACH WORKOUT TO COMPLETE YOUR PROGRAM.
SO THAT'S 12 TOTAL COMPLETED SESSIONS IF YOU HAVE AB PROGRAMMING OR 6 TOTAL SESSIONS IF YOU ONLY HAVE AN A WORKOUT.
RULE #2:
YOU HAVE 4-8 WEEKS TO COMPLETE YOUR PROGRAM.
IF YOU'RE NOT FINISHED IN ONE MONTH, WE'LL ADD A FEW MORE WEEKS, BUT AFTER 8 WEEKS IT'S TIME TO MEET AND CHANGE THINGS UP.
RULE #3:
WORKOUT ON NON-CONSECUTIVE DAYS SO YOUR BODY CAN RECOVER APPROPRIATELY.
FOR ANY PROGRAM FORMAT (A OR AB) THAT MEANS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF WORKOUTS PER WEEK WILL BE 3-4 WORKOUTS UNLESS YOUR COACH HAS TOLD YOU OTHERWISE.
RULE #4:
COMPLETE YOUR "SUMMARY OF GREATNESS" IN YOUR LAST WEEK OF YOUR PROGRAM.
YOU'LL GET AN AUTOMATED LINK MESSAGED TO YOU IN THE APP TO COMPLETE A BRIEF QUESTIONNAIRE ABOUT YOUR PERFORMANCE DURING YOUR LAST PROGRAM.
IT SHOULDN'T TAKE YOU LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES TO COMPLETE, SO PLEASE DO IT IMMEDIATELY.

SCHEDULE YOUR FREE MEETING WITH YOUR COACH.
YOU'LL GET AN AUTOMATED LINK MESSAGED TO YOU IN THE APP.

Once you’ve bought your package, your coach will contact you to go over your health history and set up a time to meet. What is the difference between “A” program formats and “AB” program formats?
Answer:
We use the letters A and B just to represent the difference in workouts. We could just as easily call them “Apple” program formats and “Apples and Oranges” program formats. All it means is that you will have one workout to chose from during the week, or two.
Question:
Can you really get better just doing the same 1 or 2 workouts over again in a month?
Answer:
Not only will you get better. You will get better faster. When workouts are designed specifically for you as an individual its easier to pinpoint your weaknesses and grow stronger. But that requires a lot of practice in a short period of time. Which means you can’t be waiting much longer than a week before you practice your workout and ideally, we’d like to see you practice it 2-3 times in a week. And this is not just us. This is how most elite athletes and strength coaches write training programs nowadays, because they understand the importance of diligently working on their client’s weak spots to help them grow stronger.
