Assessments

To grow stronger you need to know where to start.

Step 1: Contact

We'll connect either in-person, on skype/facetime, or over the phone to go over expectations.

Step 2: Data Collection

Based on expectations, we'll have you fill out some forms, take some pics, and video yourself.

Step 3: Results

You'll receive analysis of your assessment via email so you have records to refer back to in the future.

Step 4: Overview

We'll have another 15-30 minute call to go over results and discuss plans going forward.
